Farmhouse Cheddar

Supermarkets are increasingly helping consumers to identify their favourite cheeses by including the name of the farm or dairy from which the cheeses came. This is particularly so in the case with Farmhouse Cheddar makers where some 14 individual farms are licensed to use the Protected Designation of Origin - "West Country Farmhouse Cheddar".
